The DRSP Pilot Team and the Writers Workshop are hosting Writing in the Disciplines, an online series that connects doctoral students with faculty, journal editors, and publishers to discuss writing styles and skills in specific disciplines. This series kicked off in the fall and will continue through spring. It complements existing services offered by the Writers Workshop as well as resources at the departmental level. These events are open to all current doctoral students.

Join A Doctoral Student Writing Group
Students can sign-up for a semester-long writing group in their discipline or with a group outside their area of specialization. These groups provide opportunities for doctoral students to receive feedback through informal peer review on works-in-progress or complete drafts of manuscripts. The DRSP will host the doctoral writing groups through Zoom. You can sign-up to be part of a writing group here.
